CIS Co-Ordinator




The role is varied but will include the following:

Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)

–           Subcontractor – Verification / Registration

–           Approval of CIS invoices

–           Check/ Prepare HMRC CIS Returns

–           Check/ Prepare Client CIS Returns

–           Internal liaison with Client Accountants

–           Provide internal guidance/training/workshops


In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time



As part of the compliance team the individual will be required to assist on the following tasks:

Assist in new suppliers set-up (Client & Vendor)

Assist Banking Administration

Assist  with Compliance Control Report

Assist Compliance Inbox (monitor, control & distribute)



Experience in the Property Management sector is desirable and applicants must:-

High attention to detail, well organised and a good initiative level

Strong team Player

Be articulate, professional and persuasive with a good telephone manner

Ability to work with relative degree of autonomy with minimal supervision

Be adaptable and above all keen and enthusiastic

Willingness to learn through internal training as well as independently



Numerate and technically competent

Strong attention to detail

Ability to deal with challenging mandates and coping with a high work load

Microsoft Office – Basic to Intermediate

Excellent time management skills

Strong communicator
