Financial Planning Administrator
Our client is a small thriving financial services business based in West India Quay (Canary Wharf, London) and Heron Tower (near Liverpool Street, London). We are looking for an experienced financial planning administrator.
The role requires a good working knowledge of financial planning products and services.
We would be looking for you to support our Financial Adviser who is a Chartered Financial Planner.
The responsibilities would include assisting in inputting and updating client data, preparing financial plans,
chasing up paperwork and managing client relationships.
The business advises clients on pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds, VCTs and EISs. The role requires a
good working knowledge of financial planning products, services and systems e.g. Intelligent Office, Solution Builder, Zurich platform, IFDL. Good understanding of compliance issues and fabulous interpersonal skills needed.
If you are used to using Voyant and FE Analytics that would be ideal.
We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience working with financial products, who is looking to grow within a small, friendly but professional business who will support you in continuing with your professional
Our client was established 15 years ago as a mortgage business and more recently as a financial
planning business as well. Three years ago we brought another business owned by the Directors under one umbrella – this business already had extensive experience in pensions and
investments and a well-established client bank.
The business has an administration hub in West India Quay in dynamic Canary Wharf which is where the role would be based, plus an office in Heron Tower near Liverpool Street for client meetings. The role would be based in
the office full-time from Monday to Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial planning
administrator who is looking to work with a well-established and reputableorganisation offering holistic financial planning.
Salary: £23,000 per year plus bonuses
Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday
