You will work on-site with our clients based in the capital in a team providing helpdesk support and project implementation. We have a reputation for providing high-level IT support in complex environments. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can meet client needs with both technical
expertise and empathy.
Key duties & responsibilities:
First Line Helpdesk face to face Support
Laptop and device set-up and administration
Windows OS trouble-shooting
Active Directory administration
Windows server administration
Entry level networking tasks
Voip trouble-shooting
VC meeting set-up
Personal attributes:
Excellent communication and client service skills. Ability to speak
English fluently is essential
Pro-active and diligent
Attention to detail
Adaptable to change. An ability to pick up new skills rapidly is
fundamental to the role
A strong team player
Ability to prioritise effectively and handle a varied workload
Requirement for out of hours work on occasion. The role suits living in central
or Greater London.
1+ years IT industry experience required.
