Purpose of the role

To support the marketing manager in achieving specific company objectives for both on and off line communications. Maximising exposure for all sales channels in line with the annual marketing plan.


Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the overall digital marketing plan working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and develop digital strategies

Maximise SEO to ensure all brand sites achieve top search results, increasing traffic flow for all brand websites

Online engagement with target audiences by sales channel, maintaining all social media accounts

Maintain online sales tools to support the eCommerce sales target

Execute regular eCommunications to all sales channels

Contribute to content creation ensuring latest news stories are applied to each website

General website maintenance and housekeeping

Regular reporting to the Marketing Manager ensuring ROIs

Support and execute offline activities ensuring an integrated approach to market

Manage image library for all channels

Support exhibition management


Meet and exceed agreed KPIs

Respond to management requests in a timely manner

Undertake all training required to develop within the role

Undertake other duties as necessary to the role/business

Support the Marketing Manager in achieving overall marketing objectives


Essential Requirements/Experience


Minimum 2 years Marketing experience in a fast paced commercial environment

Proven best practice digital marketing skills with latest online tools

Competent with various CMS packages

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proven organisational and planning ability

Strong desire to build a career in Marketing

Teamwork is essential


Desirable Requirements/Experience

Degree or equivalent

Working knowledge of design packages
