Overall responsibilities

– To provide a pro-active service and a high standard of administrative support to the IFA’s/consultants and clients via telephone, email and written communication, including assisting in product and provider research
– To deal with all scheme administration with providers, namely:


  • processing of new entrants and leavers
  • obtaining New Business and Renewal quotes for PMI, Dental and Travel Insurance and compile a market review spreadsheet where necessary
  • Checking the policy documents, invoices and posting them to the client
  • To be responsible for the recording of client information and policy information on Vintage Database
  • Manage own archiving and shredding
  • To manage and administer group PMI schemes including Travel, Dental and Cash Plan Schemes and deal with all administration in servicing group clients
  • To provide general administrative support
  • Sending out correspondence to the client and Providers
  • Attend client meetings with the PMI Advisor
