Web Support Team Leader
£22k (£24-25k OTE)
We are looking for a Team Leader to join our friendly and high-achieving Web Support team, based in our busy call centre. The Web Support team are responsible for managing the online chat facility on the website, and converting enquiries into bookings.
The Team Leader will be accountable for the teams performance – ensuring they are meeting set targets whilst delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Team Leader will also be responsible for day to day staff management, including shift planning, performance management and skills coaching, recruitment and retention including regular one-to-one catch ups.
You will have previous experience of working in a sales management role, including a proven track record in driving results and successfully managing change. You will have strong understanding of Live Chat function, including website operation, how to drive sales conversion in Live Chat and how to deliver great customer service through an online portal.
You will have excellent communication and time management skills, and be proactive in recognising problems and resolving them. You will be organised, punctual and reliable, and be able to work effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of general HR good practices and procedures would be beneficial, but is not essential.
